What happens when somebody leaves?
Revoke their phone in Settings and it stops opening anything. Rotate the join code too, so it cannot be passed on.
Do my people need an app or an account?
No. A phone joins once with a short code, and after that a scan opens the document.
Do I have to retype my Word files and PDFs?
No. Upload them as they are and they are converted for a phone.
Can I export everything?
Yes, as one zip: your original files, who read what, and the sign-off record. A README explains how to verify the record without our software.
